Bathtime Fun

Hannah is really enjoying her baths lately. I hope this means that the pool will be a big hit this summer! As the bath tub fills up, Hannah gets super excited and starts yelling "bubbles"! So, we fill the tub up with bubbles. Her favorite part of the bubbles is putting them all over her face and trying to eat them. I can't imagine that tastes very good, but she loves it! Here is the best shot of her bubble face:
Hannah has never fought the scrubby-scrub of bath time including having her hair washed and rinsed. I couldn't resist in capturing her with a head full of shampoo:
What a goofball! Hannah is getting so big and we are just cherishing every moment we have with her!

Spring Fever

We had a few spring-like days around here and boy do I wish they would stay! At one point this week it even hit 70*! I know it won't last, but we will enjoy them while we can. I had to snap this picture this morning before church because it felt like spring and Hannah just looked too darn cute (and way too big!) I can't wait for the warmer weather to stay and we can spend our afternoon's and weekends playing outside! This Casey clan has caught Spring Fever!

Love is in the Air

We had a fun couple of days celebrating Valentine's Day. I knew that Monday would be busy since it was a school night, so we started a few days early. On Saturday, we had a family date afternoon. I really loved focusing on our love for our family. I want to make this family date a tradition. We started by taking Hannah to Build-a-Bear so she could build her first bear herself. She had fun picking out the bear and her clothing. She named the bear Lucy (or Ooo-ee) from one of her favorite puppy dogs (it's actually our friend's the Windham's dog). Then we went to dinner at O'Charley's. When we got home, Tim and I watched "You Again" and enjoyed each others company. Here we are helping Hannah at Build-a-Bear.
Getting started...
Watching her bear get filled with stuffing and love! Giving her bear a bath.
Finally dressing her bear in a new Valentine's outift -- then it was off to naming her Lucy!
On Sunday, we worked together to make Valentine's Day cupcakes and write out Hannah's cards for her friends at the babysitters. Of course she is such a little baker and really enjoyed helping make her treats.
When today got here, we got ready to head off to Ms. Sarah's. I was able to get a picture of Hannah and Lucy before we left.
That evening, she had fun opening her cards from relatives and a few gifts from Nonnie, Gampy and a little bag of Elmo goodies from us. It was great spreading the love over a few days and really enjoying our time together!
