Three Months and Counting

Hannah turned 3 months old today! It is amazing how much she has grown! There isn't a well-baby visit this month, but we are guessing she is about 11.5 pounds. Like previously mentioned, she is smiling all the time and it is so much fun to play with her. She also has started sleeping about 10-10.5 hours every night! It is truly amazing to get that much sleep. One of my favorite things to do is to wake her up in the morning. First of all, she is now scooting on her back from one end of the crib to another. Second, she is wiggling right out of her Miracle Blanket. Third, when I go in, turn the lights on, and look over the crib, I get the best greeting ever. She looks right up at me and just starts smiling away and kicking her feet! It is an amazing feeling. I am excited to continue to watch her grow and change over the coming months!

Fun with Hannah

Hannah is beginning to have such a personality lately! She has started smiling all the time! At first, she took a little bit of coaxing, but now she just loves to smile at everyone who will smile at her. She loves to lay on her play gym, kicking her feet and smiling at the funny star who makes noise. She also is Miss Nosey and loves to be upright looking around. She doesn't like to be cradled like a baby, but would rather be sitting up observing her environment. Hannah is a wonderful baby and I love getting to know her personality through our interactions together.

Get Fit, Stay Fit!

Tim started a sports medicine club this year at OTHS. He has been working with about 20 or so students throughout the year on various sports medicine issues. One of their big projects this year was to put on a 5K Run/Walk. Not only did they host the event as a fundraiser, they donated some of the proceeds to the American Heart Association and the students made flyers about various health topics to help educate the runners. Here is a picture of Hannah at her first 5K Run/Walk! She worked really hard that day and was exhausted!
